Directions
1-Start with empty, turned off disposer. Run a strong stream of warm water into sink (not disposer) for 1 minute. Reduce stream to a trickle. 2-Insert one biodegradable inner packet completely into disposer (DO NOT OPEN THE PACKET), then turn on disposer. 3-Cleaning is complete when cleaning foam entirely disappears, and you hear a "swish" of water (3-4 mins approx). Rinse remaining foam from sink, and turn off disposer. Note - Blue cleaning foam may rise into sink or both sinks if double. Cleaning action continues as foam retreats into drain and disposer.

The foam did not behave as the directions indicated, disappearing in 20 sec instead of 2 min. It may work in other disposals, but not ours. over 2 years ago
