How Does Alice Work?

It’s simple.  Select the varieties you want and we ship them to your home or office.  Fresh.  If you order $25 or more worth of coffee, the shipping is FREE.

What Kind Of Coffee Can I Buy On Alice?

Alice buys and fresh roasts its own line of Alice Inspiration coffees. We also curate coffee from great, artisanal roasters from across our great nation.  (Bet you never dreamed you see coffee like that in a K-cup!)  We feature new coffees and new roasters all the time.  Have a local favorite you want to see in a K-cup? What’s Different About Alice?

When we researched why K-cups too often lack flavor, the answer was surprisingly simple and, frankly, a little disgusting: lack of freshness.  K-cups are “manufactured” and stored … say, like a spark plug, or a jar of Cheez-Whiz.  The elapsed time from the roaster to the drinker can be months and months and months.  Our unique “Just-in-Time” approach ensures the coffee you drink is crazy-fresh.

Is There A Membership Or Other Fee To Use Alice?

Nope.  Order what you want, when you want it.  We are not a membership or subscription service.  Great taste is what should keep you coming back.  If, for the sake of convenience, you want a regular shipment to your office or home we can facilitate that.  (But you can quit at any time.)  Click here to contact a sales rep.

Does Alice Work Outside The U.S.?

Not yet.  Stay tuned.  Old K-cups taste bad no matter where they are.   So we hope to rescue the world soon.

Will Alice Really Ship My Order With Free Shipping?

Yep. Get free shipping in the 50 U.S. states on orders of $25.00 or more.

How Do I Edit Or Cancel My Order?

As a Just-in-Time roaster, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure freshness. But, if you contact us within 30-minutes of the order being placed, we can work with you to cancel it.

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

In most cases you'll receive your Alice order within 3 to 6 business days. When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with the estimated arrival date and tracking code.  Please note: because freshness is everything to us, it’s not uncommon to experience a small delay from when you order and when your order is actually shipped.  It’s worth the wait!

How Do I Pay For My Alice Orders?

Alice currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept debit cards and PayPal. Alice will not bill you until your order is shipped. We do authorize funds from your account as soon as you place an order, which may impact the available funds in debit accounts. With most banks, these authorizations will usually reflect as a "pending" transaction until your order ships and is officially billed. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Why Was I Charged Sales Tax On My Alice Order?

In some cases sales tax may be added to your order.  This is determined based on where you live and where Alice has business relationships and facilities.
